1. Acceptance of Terms and Eligibility

Welcome to Drinknix. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Customer," "you," or "your") and Drinknix ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Drinknix website located at drinknix.myshopify.com (the "Site"), and all products, services, features, content, and offerings made available through the Site.

By accessing, browsing, or using the Site, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all other policies referenced herein. • Violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation; or
• Any other reason determined by Drinknix in its sole discretion.

Order Confirmation: After you submit an order, you will receive an automated email acknowledgment confirming receipt of your order. This acknowledgment does not constitute acceptance of your order or confirmation that your order will be fulfilled. Order acceptance occurs only when we send you a shipping confirmation email indicating that your order has been dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel any order, even after a confirmation email has been sent, if we discover an error, fraud, unauthorized activity, or any other issue that warrants cancellation.

Order Cancellation by Customer: Once an order has been accepted and a shipping confirmation has been sent, you may not cancel the order. If you wish to return products after delivery, please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Modification of Orders: We are unable to modify or change orders once they have been submitted. If you need to make changes, you must cancel your existing order (if not yet shipped) and place a new order.

4. Pricing and Sales Tax

Pricing: All prices displayed on the Site are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable sales tax unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change product prices, promotional offers, discounts, and other pricing information at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and confirmed by us.

Pricing Errors: Despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occasionally occur on the Site due to technical glitches, data entry mistakes, or other factors. If we discover a pricing error on an accepted order, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to either proceed with the order at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund. Sales Tax: All prices displayed on the Site are exclusive of applicable sales tax. Payment Processing: Payment authorization and processing occur at the time you place your order. If your payment method is declined or payment cannot be processed for any reason, your order will not be accepted, and we will notify you accordingly. We are not responsible for any fees, penalties, or charges imposed by your bank or payment card issuer due to insufficient funds, overdrafts, or declined transactions.

Payment Security: Drinknix does not store complete credit card or payment information on our servers. 6. Shipping and Delivery

Drinknix provides shipping and delivery services within the United States. Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 working days from the date of shipment confirmation. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, carrier performance, weather conditions, holidays, and other factors beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, natural disasters, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping Costs: Shipping within the United States is FREE. There are no shipping costs or delivery fees for orders shipped to addresses within the United States.

Shipping Address: You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by you. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or delivery failure caused by inaccurate information you provided, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.

Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once delivered to the carrier or left at the delivery address.

7. Returns and Refunds

Return Window: You may return eligible products within 30 days from the date of delivery. This 30-day return window is our company policy and represents a voluntary accommodation; it is not a statutory cooling-off period or withdrawal right, as the United States does not generally impose such rights for online sales. Returns requested after the 30-day window has expired will not be accepted.

Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return and refund, products must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Opened, used, damaged, or altered products may not be eligible for return.
